DFM is a part of Real Property Management (RPM) within the Alabama Department of Finance. DFM supervises the management and maintenance of the capitol building and all other Department of Finance-owned buildings in the capitol complex in downtown Montgomery, AL, along with several other State properties. Services include, but are not limited to: carpentry, electrical needs, grounds maintenance, heating and air conditioning, painting, and plumbing, as well as central mail operations for the capitol complex.
